I sideloaded the Nook app onto my Kindle Fire but when I try to use the "send to device" it's only showing the Fire. I can sideload into my documents but then lose the series info first I have set up with Calibre. Is there a tweak so Calibre will show both?

Sorry if this has been asked already, I couldn't find it.
