I upgraded to 2.18 from 2.17 on my HP Pavilion dv6 computer running Windows 7 Home Premium.

Version 2.18 did not work, even though I reloaded it from the web site and re-installed it 3 times.

I tried to install 2.17 from the download file still on my computer.

Version 2.17 did not work. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice.

I went to the web page and downloaded version 2.9.

Guess what happened, Nothing!

I uninstalled each Calibre installation prior to reinstalling each time.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone know what else I can try?
