Points will be reflected in a commercially reasonable time after they are earned or after the retailer purchase upload date. User uploads must be completed within 90 days of receipt date. Any inquiries regarding Points not correctly reflected must be received by Harlequin within 7 days of the date of alleged accrual of Points. A User’s earned Points are not transferable. If an item is returned, Points may be deducted to the amount earned for the applicable amount of that purchase.

So I emailed them to ask if December purchases could be included (I had none at Amazon, but I had purchased one book directly from them in December). They credited me for the book.
So if any of you joined and purchased books in November or December, it's probably worth an email to them to have the points added.
