Are you referring to shopping and to-do lists?

The Echo app can be installed on multiple devices, and there's also a website where you can access Echo's features, including lists. As long as the same Echo is registered to the individual apps, the lists can be shared that way since the info's stored in the cloud. For example, you can add items to your shopping list at home, and your husband can pull it up on his phone at the grocery store if he has the Echo app installed/web access.
