For price matching, I've never sent them anything. I just noticed that usually within a 24 hour period Google will drop the price of books to match amazon.

I mentioned in other posts that my original question was not clear. Here is my situation. I cannot use coupon codes (both non-contest and contest codes) in Canada to buy books from the big 6. So I traveled to India etc and was able to use coupon codes to buy books from the big 6 in India etc previously. Now, it looks like Kobo no longer allows coupon codes to be used in India etc.
It sounds like you are in US. If I am in US, I will buy from booksamillion.com because I noticed their eBooks are discounted or are cheaper than those from Amazon.com.
