A few days ago I put Start Menu and KoReader on an Aura running 3.12 (patched). No problems.
So today I went to do it to a Glo running 3.11 (patched). After putting start menu on, it would no longer connect via USB. In SM I could enable USBnet but not USB (but it still didn't show up on the computer). In Nickel, I could not get the device to show up on the computer. Pin hole restart made no difference.
So I factory reset it, and now everything is working (3.12, patch, KSM, Koreader all installed).
What could have caused the error with USB?
