I mean, on computer a *.txt may have common accented letters by using 8-bits, & then Unicode (or UTF-8) shows many more; but on the Kobo the 8-bit files not show accented letters, UTF-8 does, but only those in 8-bit.
Chinese Traditional is seen correctly, but the simplified 1 does not.
Arabic seen, but Hebrew is not; We want all 4 to show.
