I'm having trouble with multi-tabbing.

I opened my 2 different accounts and successfully bought 2 books using the same coupon.
One account is fine.

The other account: I have a receipt that shows the discounted price. The book shows in my purchse log. However, the book is not on my reader, and it is not in my KOBO library. When I search for the book, it shows the "view in library" button, but when I click the link, it takes me to my library, but the book is not there.

I contacted KOBO, and am waiting for a response, but I figured it was a fluke. I tried to purchase again today with the two tabs, and the same thing happened.

I "purchased" a free book and that went into my library just fine.

Soooo....I'm wondering if it is a multi-tab purchase problem.
