Introducing my kids to Pratchett: which book first?

As the title, I want to introduce my kids (12 and 14) to Terry Pratchett books, but not sure what to start them on.

I was thinking just starting with "The light fantastic" which I THINK is the first of the Discworld books, but isn't one of the better books IMO, still it's quite good and might be more useful to read the books chronologically.

I should add they're quite advanced readers, so read well above their age.
