Was blindsided by a similar type headache this morning, although I think mine was due to the changes in the barometric pressure. It actually started last night as increased sensitivity to light, but I didn't take the hint. I'm not prone to migraines per se, but I do get migraine like headaches when there are major changes in the pressure.
