I tried everything and I'm getting mixed results.

Whispersync will either:

1- Not work at all between the 3 devices (PW2, iPhone, iPad) or...
2- Work between the iOS devices but not with the PW2 or...
3- Work fine between all 3 devices

I still can't pinpoint the problem.

One thing I got used to do is cleaning the EPUBs before converting them to MOBI. I use the Modify ePub plugin with the following settings:

Am I stripping something that might be preventing Whispersync from working correctly?
