I guess I need to start looking for a different online book store. I found Books-A-Million ( http://www.booksamillion.com/) that offers as little as 10% discount for a ebook from a major publisher which I will be happy to buy but Books-A-Million only sell ebooks to US customers and not Canadians or international customers.

You might also look into SCRIBD. Several major publishers are there now, although not their entire catalogs. You can browse the selection before you sign up (it's 9? a month for all you can read). They have audio books too.
