Amusingly the reader involved wrote that on here
https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6794 and it was me, with the contents of an email I had got from ereader.com themselves which have got a bit garbled in the cut and paste between sites, here's what I got from them when asking about them supporting the Nokia N80 symbian 3rd edition os: "Unfortunately, there are no current plans on supporting your device."
As you can see, that doesn't quite match what I said originally...
