jenrar - no no, in your case its only a work around, and proof that the duplicate title is the cause of the problem, you
would then have a repeatable scenario that the developers can work with.
An example of my case was because the 'book' (an essay length article by a left wing economist) as published in NYC, was quite different in its rhetoric to the same 'book' published in HK.
Added (bloody phone won't leave me alone) : I think you should report it as a bug here
