Software-wise all of the Kobo's are same. No difference. Choose according to the hardware.

I use a Glo, Aura models introduced minimal changes in the hardware so I haven't upgraded yet; but if I were to buy one now, I would buy Aura. Hardware is very good, and I don't like the bigger screen of H2O.
