The Top Ten Mistakes Leaders Make by Hans Finzel is another one of his inspirational leadership self-help advice books suitable for managers at every level from scout troop co-ordinators to CEOs, this one focusing on Exactly What It Says In The Title, free courtesy of Christian publisher David C. Cook.
I had a quick peek inside this one, and I'd class it as a sort of sporadic medium-biblical. There's long chunks of completely non-denominational advice and non-faith-based anecdotes given, and then there'll be some punctuating pieces on how Jesus had the bestest leadership skillz and looking back at scripture for examples of how he managed the apostles, so YMMV on how much usage that you might be able to get out of this if you're not strongly religious. That said, if you're more secularly-inclined, the particularly "inspirational" bits do seem to be clearly identifiable and easily skippable and the rest of it is perfectly standard useful-looking stuff.
