QuarantineAndScrub uses non-standard Calibre tables, and does NOT touch formats or conversion rules at all. It only updates its own Work Data.

The official Q&S library delivered has zero of your previous customizations. Its purpose is to clean you metadata, not to replace your standard Calibre library.

Your regular Calibre library cannot be used with Q&S, so anything special you created in standard Calibre will not exist in Q&S.

You have misdiagnosed the cause of your problems.
