No, I even tried mailing them. But they again go to the 'Docs' section.
And Kindle cloud reader, Kindle for PC etc., don't make those files available.
Only the 'Books' are available and only the books bought through Amazon appear as Books.
It looks like people having "Kindle Fire" can simply drop books into a particular folder which makes them appear under 'Books' but 'Docs' are not available on Kindle cloud reader and Kindle for PC
