Can't find MOBI to PDF conversion option
How do I convert MOBI to PDF?

After launching the conversion dialogue I can see the Output Format drop-down at the top-right but this drop-down only offers me EPUB and AZW3.

I know that I must be missing something simple here but I have scoured the configuration settings in vain to find the required option.
