Maybe a Sigil mod could reconcile meme's Downloading Sigil sticky (takes you to Google Code) with user none's Sigil 0.8.2 Released sticky (takes you to github).

I would change meme's to refer to https://github.com/user-none/Sigil/releases - that way the latest 'official' will always be topmost.
