I'm converting an EPUB to PDF file. Calibre does a perfect job of detecting and converting my EPUB Table of Contents into a PDF Table of Contents and I can navigate using my PDF reader.

However, what I want is a physical table of contents because I'm making this PDF to print a physical book. Is there a way to do this?

edit: I didn't figure it out, but I just made a TOC page manually. It didn't take too long.
