There is not a separate folder for dictionaries. You just add them to the documents folder like any other book. If it is truly constructed as a Kindle dictionary, it will show up as a choice when setting a default dictionary. If the language code is set correctly, it may be used automatically, depending on which Kindle you have, and the language code of the book.
