I'm using a case from Oberon that I bought for my PW1. When I got a PW2, which was a little smaller, I modified it slightly and it worked fine. When I got my Voyage, I modified it again since the V is a bit smaller than the PW2.
Since the Oberon case is expensive, this is well worth the trouble.
If your case holds the Kindle in placeby straps over the corners (usually one is elastic), then you can probably continue to use it. If it has a form fitting base into which the Kindle snaps, then it won't work as the size of these devices has changed with each version.
