Well the promo was for a hearing company more than likely audible only allowed the number of members the company has not expecting to be plaster all over the internet and be used by everyone. This happens alot.
Example: Two years ago Good Housekeeping teamed up with USPS for its member to bring them a Box of Joy. So all Subscribers were told in a month in advance on a certain date you could sign up for a Box of Joy. Many of us waited and waited only then someone posted the promo on social media and blogs 24 hours before the date so when it came for you to get your Box of Joy the whole internet signed up for one leaving most of us Real subscribers without one. It was gone in 15 minutes flat. Think Amazon Gold Box Deal during the holidays it was gone that fast!
Moral of the story is you got to be quick as lightning or you lose out on these things.
