I just got my mom a Paperwhite and she complains that sometimes the page will turn without touching the screen. We discovered that it comes from squeezing the left side of the bezel. The right side seems to not have this issue.

When she's holding it in her left hand on the side, it will randomly turn back a page. This happens mostly when she's drowsy. She's not very strong, yet it happens often enough to be annoying. She doesn't accidentally touch the screen, though.

It has to be squeezed fairly hard to get it to do it, at least on command. So far, when I squeeze the bezel I can't get it to do it consistently.

I've tried this on my PW2 and it does the same thing, only it seems much harder to get it to do it. I probably grip mine more firmly when I'm using it, yet I've never had this problem while reading.

Anyone else noticed this problem?
