I know of a Major* business that is JUST rolling out a W7 upgrade (from XP) to their Bay Area locations. 1000's of systems Think of the expense, just to retrain the common user (Common users are not Power users, found in engineering situations. Changing an Icon throws them for a spin.)

*I am not naming for basic site security reasons
