It was 99 cents for a very, very short time. I picked it up because it sounded interesting.
Sometimes publishers or Amazon do play around with the price. They will drop the price for a few hours to increase sales. I think they do this to see how many people click without looking at the price and people buying at full price rather than the discounted price. Just my opinion
