Such a thing does not yet exist, but should be feasible.

General note: I would like to repeat that everybody is invited to contribute scripts.
That could be interesting - but not everything needs to be done in KSM. A PC can have all kinds of file handling tools, to manage your Koreader library. Then it is easy to copy or sync to your device. This also means that your book files are backed up on your PC.
