Three weeks into the year, I haven't bought anything and my TBR is down by four. A new Kobo contest has started, but I'm three books in hand on my book-a-week resolution. I have identified only two books I'd buy and one of them will require at least a 65% off coupon, so it may not happen. There's always next month, eh? And I've noticed that wants postponed usually become less pressing and if they don't, perhaps they're a true want.
I've passed up several somewhat interesting books for a couple of bucks apiece, so all in all, I'm pleased but not complacent.
My real inner battle right now is the deal for the Aubrey/Maturin audiobooks at Downpour. Fortunately or unfortunately, I've made no resolutions regarding audiobooks!
