The one in the Touch is completely different from the second one. The card slides out. There is a ridge on the end of the card that you should be able to feel. Pull it to the left (when looking at that blurry photo - I feel like I have the wrong glasses on ) and it should come out with no problem.

When you put it back in, make sure it is all the way in. There have been at least one report of the device not booting because the card wasn't inserted properly.
