I am not sure what problem you are having. Is CC succeeding to connect as a wireless device, or failing to connect?

If CC is connecting as a wireless device then it will "see" the library open by the instance of calibre is is connected to. If you have multiple computers running calibre all having wireless connections enabled then CC will give you a dialog asking which you which one you want to use. If you have multiple computers running calibre but only one with wireless connections enabled, CC will connect with that computer. If this is your situation then you should enable wireless connections on the computer with calibre open on the library you are interested in.

If CC is failing to connect then we have a different set of problems.
