Cowboy's Kiss by Kimberly Llewellyn is the 1st in her Heartthrob Heroes series of f/m western contemporary romances, this installment starring a big-city etiquette consultant who's been hired to civilize a single father rancher's free-range kids (didn't they do a reality TV show like this, only minus the romance unless some of them were having discreet affairs?), free courtesy of publisher ePublishing Works! (exclamation mark theirs), who are e-printing it from its 1999 Kensington Zebra paperback, which was published under the title of "Pretty Please".

I kind of suspect this one's a glitch freebie, since ePW! normally distribute theirs to multiple stores, even if they don't manage to get full propagation all in one go, but here's some linkage for your price-drop-check convenience if you're feeling optimistic:
B&N (also
UK),
Amazon (also
UK, separate linkage, since ePW! books drop at different times in the various regional Amazon stores, if they drop at all outside the US),
Kobo &
iTunes.
Description
Tanner Avery has a working ranch to run and two wild kids to raise. The last thing he needs is a sexy big-city etiquette consultant instructing him on how to civilize his kids.
Jackie Taylor has arrived from Washington D.C., at the behest of Tanner's wily father. Her instructions are clear: teach Tanner's small children some manners. She never dreamed her biggest challenge would come from Tanner, the children's ruggedly handsome cowboy father.
Then, Tanner’s chilly welcome turns into warm embraces and searing kisses.
Now what really needs taming is Jackie's heart, especially since she's promised to another.
