I guess on your home screen, there is shown one or several of the KSM pngs. Open the library view and have a look at them (in order to cause nickel to produce the thumb nails), do also open them as book to be on the save side.

Next time you should be able to run nickel by selecting "start nickel" from the KSM home.
Doesn't work I've finished viewing all the thumbnails but it still doesn't work to press start nickel. Only works without fmon started.
