No there is no Prime in Sweden, You can have Amazon First without Prime membership, just need to subscribe to an email.
In Sweden i need to buy all books from the US Kindle store, so that is not a problem as far as Amazon is concerned, international customers like me canīt shop rom the UK kindle store but msut buy from the US.
I got the Kindle first to work, because i have a shipping adress in the us.

even if it woudl stop working, the ave i made was not huge. aprox 2 dollars, but i could buy the book before release, witch is nice
