New "Tag Combinations Rule Table", which Tag Scrubbing uses to derive new Work Tags based on combinations of up to three Work Tag Keywords per Rule; Revised User Guide.

Please run the "After Version Upgrade" job first thing so that this new table may be created before you try to use it.
