Yes she will speak both hours and miles to you. She talks way more than the other mention. I can't say for Siri. I think she is probably still the best from some of the reviews I have seem and yes competition is good.
Ask Google Now who created you? I got a bible version read to me.
I asked Cortana and she tells me she's not sure but she knows humans were involved in creating her.
