My reading list has more than twice the number of books as that in my purchase history because I've had books transferred from WH Smith & Sony.

Speaking of the Sony transfer... I bought the complete Harry Potter set from Pottermore.com and linked Sony, B&N, and Amazon to get the books into my accounts. Kobo showed as one of the vendors, but the button to link it was grayed out. I opened a case with Pottermore and they never quite understood what I was trying to say, so I never got my Pottermore account linked to my Kobo account. When I transferred my books from Sony to Kobo, those transferred, but have no download links on the website (which I'm assuming means kepub). I downloaded the epubs and freed them from DRM from my Sony library, so it's not a huge deal, but annoying, nonetheless.
