OK still didn't get the tray open. Used MAYDAY they didn't know anything ugh So they turned me over to a Specialist. He told me to HOLD the power button DOWN 45 SEC Not to Power off ! Just hold it til it goes off then back on! When it poped back on the SIM card was there! WHEW!!! Tip of the Day
