I am extremely relieved. It means Echo is paid for and I don't have to worry about it anymore. I get to keep my place in line, February 18th. I called yesterday talk to two Repts the last one was Echo Support and he called me back today as a followup. I thought that was nice because he told me he just email me when it was done.
Calling Amazon is the best bet. Their email support I am convinced is a robot that sometimes forwards it to a live human.
I sent a email asking if the Fire Phone would be getting upgraded to Sangria anytime soon. The reply back was I don't understand what you mean. What is Sangria?
