There is and it hinges on which Audible format you use -- 2, 3, 4, e (enhanced). Just multiply the length of the audiobook (in hours) times the number of MB/hour for the format you wish to use for downloading (see chart below). That'll give you a very close approximation of the file size.

Example for The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown
  • Length --> 17h 51m
  • Format --> enhanced = 28.8 MB/hr
  • Do the Math --> 17.85 hrs x 28.8 MB/hr = 514 MB
  • Actual File Size --> 493.6 MB (according to AudibleManager after downloading)
