I believe that the most common mineral on the surface of the Earth's crust is silica (silicon dioxide). But the Earth's core seems to be mostly iron and if you take the Earth as a whole, that probably accounts for most of it.

And a lot of it is in the core as well. The spinning molten Iron core of our planet is what creates our magnetic field which in turn protects us from a lot of hard radiation from the sun.
