You will need to place the Play Store apk, and at least the following apks: Google Login Service and Google Services Framework, in your system/app folder. (This assumes you are rooted!) Then, using an app like ES File Explorer, you will need to change the permissions of each of these apks to 6-4-4. Google that to see a full explanation. Then, restart your device. You should be able to log into your Google account and then use Play Store.

There may be other ways to do this, but this one seems to work for me.
