you call that a rant ? seriously ? that's the best you can do ? that's barely a muttered complaint. the day you *really* want to vent your spleen, take a leaf out of marc's book (see his vitriolic reaction to the imbéciles at the Dymock's bookstore for a truly epic rant ; it's sort of become the "rant metric" against which all others are measured around here).
