Beet is in the genre of campus humor and it's by a prize-winning author. I like campus humor and I very much liked Rosenblatt's memoir of childhood, but I'm on the fence about this, as the reader reviews are all over the place for only an anemic 2.8-star average at Amazon. But I thought I'd put it out there for fellow fans of
