Automatic Adding Add file type to ignore list

I am using the automatic adding feature to add books to Calibre and it is working pretty good. The only time I have an issue is when I am using firefox to download a book into the automatic adding folder directly, and firefox takes a bit of time, creating a .part file. Is there any way I can tell Calibre to ignore the .part files? Is there a tweak that I can use to add to the list of file types to ignore?
Thanks
