in the book I've tried.
Multi-level ToC isn't supported in the old version of MOBI so you may need to tweak the XPath expressions to get the chapters to be generated properly (in the RAWML).
Yeah, that's the type there. I'll work on trying to detect the format they use in the new MOBIs.
