Happy camper now.

Rebuilding the indexes with Sqlite DB Browser was painless.

Code:

REINDEX analytics_events_timestamp

Query executed successfully: REINDEX analytics_events_timestamp (took 92ms)

REINDEX sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1

Query executed successfully: REINDEX sqlite_autoindex_AnalyticsEvents_1 (took 764ms)

Run the Kobo Utilities "Check the Device Database"

Result of running 'PRAGMA integrity_check' on database on the Kobo device:

ok

Unplug and re-plug. Saw no error messages. I can see the proper .sqlite and .zip file in my backups directory as it used to be.
