Told ya those Repts didn't know what they were talking about. I dealt with so many clueless ones during the holidays. One even deactivated all my devices. All my eInk Kindles, Android devices, Tablets you name it.
All I asked them to do was remove the 10 devices from the music settings lists. So I could start over and the first person deactivated all devices but the music ones.

The Second one I got did remove the rest. So I really Started over from scratched.
I no longer trust Amazon support or Kindle support to know what they are doing.
