Unhappy Onyx Boox T68 Warranty Request

Dear ArtaTechPoland,

I purchased the my T68 on the amazon US.
I have been in trouble with bootloop at the battery
It was firstly started at the 30% battery level, now at 87%.
Currently, I can use my t68 only 5 minute.

The firmware had been update the latest version and the Reset at the 0% battery level.
I can not find any other solution for the bootloop.

I had sent email to service@artatech.com, but I donot have any offical response.

Please let me know how to get warranty service.
