Not sure if this applies so ignore if it doesn't. For my mom I add say 20 books to her reader at a time. I then choose those books in Calibre and make a *book* that lists alll the books on the reader, a front cover pic from each book, and the synopsis of each book. You can choose how much info to include. I name this book something like Jan 2015. I then send this *book* to mom's reader. She can open this book on her reader and read about the books on there, pick one, then go read the book she has chosen.
It seems to be easier for her to be in just one place reading about all the books on her reader vs. trying to open each and every book on her reader to read about them. But, your mileage may vary.
